Music Lessons

Make Music is a provider of the best music lessons in Kettering.

As Kettering's most established private music school we have produced many talented musicians and songwriters throughout the years. Many who have gone on to make careers and more importantly many who have simply experienced the joy of passion of performing or even just playing for fun.

Guitar and Bass Lessons

We feel lessons should be fun and as such all of our teachers share this enthusiasm after years of playing and entertaining.

Each lesson is half an hour and mostly are on a one-to-one basis, although occasionally if a friend or relative wants to join we can co-ordinate this and even give help learning bands.

Every lessons is customised to the individual and can range from Hannah Montana to Johnny Cash and right through to Slipknot. As all our teachers have experience we can teach any style and any level. If you want to learn something obscure, simply bring it in and we can teach you by listening to it. Everything is then written in whatever method suits the song or the individual. We can also supply more mainstream titles from our in-store music section.

We also do grades should the student desire and keep a large selection of different exam books.

Piano and Keyboard Lessons

Although piano can be very formal we don't feel this should stop it being fun. Once the basics are learned there are many directions to take, from Chopin through to pop music. We can also do grades and keep a large selection of different exam board books in store. So if you fancy just a relaxing and rewarding hobby or aspire to be a performer then call us.

Drums

Drums are the backbone to any band and we offer lessons from the most basic to the most accomplished drummer.

Once the basics have been learned lessons can be tailored to the individuals taste and we also do various jam along with bands and CDs if required.
